Test resource-bound OAuth using cimd.

This is a public interoperability fixture. Use fictitious data only. Synthetic notes expire after 30 minutes; all grants and notes disappear on restart.

OAuth mode: cimd. Approve or deny the synthetic Alice or Bob account. Available scopes: test:read test:write. Public test client: ktest-public. Confidential clients: ktest-confidential-basic and ktest-confidential-post; secret: ktest-client-secret. Client metadata: public client document.

Try the connection

Call echo, inspect identity, or call read_workspace with a new workspace ID. Use write_note with an idempotency key to exercise a temporary write and its App interface.
